Are you a classical or practical homeopath?
I am a classically trained homeopath, and I have seen some amazing results with a single remedy prescription in my clients. I always aim to address the root cause of a disease and treat the person on a deeper level, where the true healing happens. However, I also recognise that a lot of people have complex cases with a deep pathology and a long list of health problems. To help these people to relieve the pain and suffering I also use a practical approach, where I prescribe more than one remedy. I also like supporting my clients with tissue salts, flower essences and organic herbs (Homeobotanicals) where needed.
Where do homeopathic medicines come from?
Homeopathic remedies I prescribe are dispensed from various homeopathic pharmacies in the UK: Helios, Ainsworths and Freeman’s. For international clients, I will recommend local licensed pharmacies.
How many consultations do I need?
This depends on a number of factors including the severity of your condition, how long you have had it for, whether you have been taking conventional medications and your general state of health. Homeopathic treatment is a long-term investment in your health and well-being. It is recommended to have at least three consultations, 4 to 6 weeks apart, in the beginning of the treatment to see a difference in your health. With long-lasting chronic health conditions, this can take longer.
Can homeopathy be taken alongside conventional medications prescribed by my GP?
Yes. Homeopathic medicines can be safely taken alongside your medication. When your health improves, I might encourage you to speak to your doctor and reduce your medication where possible.
