For online appointments it is important to find a private, quiet place where you will not be disturbed during the consultation.
Your initial consultation.
The first consultation lasts from one and a half to two hours. This is your time to be listened to and to be heard in a safe and non-judgemental environment. We discuss your past and present health concerns in the context of your daily life. Your lifestyle, routines, sleep habits, nutrition, exercise and hobbies all have an impact on how you are feeling.
Following your initial appointment, I take time to analyse your case and choose the most appropriate homeopathic medicine. If you are in the UK, the medicine gets posted out to you. If you live in a different country, you receive a prescription and suggestions where to buy the medicine in your country. This can take up to a week.
You will be asked to keep a note of any changes in your symptoms.
Everything you share during the consultation is kept in complete confidence.
Follow-up and acute consultations.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks depending on the nature of the health concern, and last for up to an hour. We discuss your progress, review any changes and adjust your treatment plan if necessary.
If you develop an acute illness between visits that requires a separate consultation, I offer online or telephone appointments.
Clients are recommended to have a homeopathic first aid kit at home which can be purchased from Helios or Ainsworths. These pharmacies deliver all over the world; however, for international clients, please enquire about other options.
Consultation fees and payments.
Initial consultation 90 to 120 minutes – £110 / US$ 180
Follow up consultation 30 to 60 minutes – £65 / US$ 90
Acute consultation 20 minutes – £40 / US$52
Payments are due two days before the appointment or at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice for BACS or PayPal.
For UK clients, first remedy and postage are included. Any additional remedies will incur an extra charge.
Fees include reasonable email or phone support in between sessions.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
